My Story

An evolution from traditional art to digital experiences, influencing every project with clarity, intention and user-centred thinking.

The below demonstrates a timeline of my journey as visual overview.

Fine Art Foundations

Creativity has been threaded through my life for as long as I can remember. What began as detailed pencil drawings and fine art studies gradually evolved into the foundation of how I approach problem-solving today.

First Commission

At 18, I received my first artistic commission - hand-painted Sherlock Holmes mural for a local cafe. It was the first moment I realised my craft could live in the world and make an impact.

Foundation in Art & Design

That experience led me into a Fine Art & Design foundation course, where I discovered the digital side of design.

Freelance Content & Retouching Contract

Years of Adobe training, freelance content creation, and image-retouching projects followed, giving me a practical understanding of visual communication, structure and detail.

UX Bootcamp

But something deeper was taking shape. I became increasingly fascinated by why people interact with digital products the way they do - not just how they look. That curiosity brought me to UX/UI design. I began teaching myself everything I could, eventually completing a UX Bootcamp at BrainStation, that allowed me to design full products from scratch and strengthen my process: research, ideation, prototyping and iterative problem-solving.

SAP Digital Design

This opened the door to my current role at SAP as a Creative Associate, balancing a part time Digital Design Degree Apprenticeship at Manchester Metropolitan University, where I continue to weave UX and UI design thinking into every project. Whether it's a microsite, prototype or visual asset. I approach each design request with the mindset of improving clarity, usability to the final deliverable to support large enterprise deals. It's become my secret advantage - intersection of creativity, craft and thoughtful design.

UX UI Design

Today

My journey has been anything but linear, but every step has shaped the designer I am becoming: one who values aesthetics, logic and meaningful digital experiences in equal measure.
